The main steps of the production process of stainless steel pipes in our factory:

rolling and welding
The stainless steel strip goes through various quality checks and trimming before being sent to the pipe factory by the Chinese manufacturer. The strip passes through multiple rollers to achieve the desired size and shape. The tube shape is gradually formed in the tube mill. The trimmed edges of the strip are then welded together using the TIG welding process with the help of a suitable welding machine. Any scrap and internal weld beads are immediately removed using a Tibo machine to form rolled tubing.

cleaning and heating phase
The stainless steel tubes produced by rolling are cut into required lengths according to industrial requirements. Next, these pipes and pipes go through a cleaning process to remove any dirt. Subsequently, the rolled pipes and tubes go through a heat treatment process to relieve any stresses that may have arisen from the welding and forming process. Heat treatment was carried out in a continuous rolling hearth furnace equipped with temperature controllers and recorders. After the heat treatment process, stainless steel tubes and pipes are straightened and pickled to remove any scale from their surfaces.

Cold drawing process
If the desired size cannot be obtained directly from the mill, a cold working process can be utilized to obtain the desired size. During cold drawing, a solution of oxalic acid and soap is applied to the pipe or pipe to act as a lubricant and reduce friction. For cold drawing operations, a die plug is used to pull the tube or pipe from the table.

Finishing process
After the pipe or stainless steel pipe is pulled out, it is cleaned, heat treated, pickled and straightened. Then use computerized inkjet marking machine to mark the finished pipes, indicate the material grade, size, furnace number and third-party inspection stamp, and then pass it on to the stainless steel pipe exporter. Stainless steel tubes or pipes go through various tests and quality checks before being properly packaged and dispatched. These pipes and pipes have a wide range of applications in numerous industries. Overall, the manufacturing process of stainless steel tubing involves multiple steps that require careful attention to detail and quality control to produce a high-quality product that meets specifications.
