The alloy contains 32% nickel, which is resistant to stress corrosion cracking of chloride and insensitive to precipitation of phase.The alloy has excellent uniform corrosion resistance.800H and 800AT alloys have excellent creep resistance and stress cracking resistance under solution treatment.The three different 800 alloys mentioned above have been included as structural materials in ASME boilers and Pressure vessels Volume 1 power station boilers, volume 3 nuclear power boilers and volume 8 non-fire pressure vessels specifications.

800 and 800H, 800AT alloy has the same chemical composition except that the carbon content is different and the alloy contains up to 1% aluminum and titanium.The 800 alloy is generally used in a temperature environment of about 593℃.800H and 800AT alloys are commonly used where higher creep and stress cracking resistance is required at temperatures around 593 ° C.
