Project Introduction     
This project was designed for Neutral gas transportation under sea. Because of the high working pressure and considering the life cycle of material, steel grade of X52 was used, and concrete coating for external coating, Epoxy coating for internal side applicated.      
     

     
Project Difficulties     
To enhance the adhesive property between concrete and pipe surface, in one hand, we have to assure the surface roughness; To solve this difficulty,we do additonal surface treatment after normal pipe production procedure.
